Mindfulness Meditation – 8 Week Course
8 week course x 2 hours per week
The course is suitable for anyone who is new to Mindfulness and would like to integrate mindfulness and meditation into their daily life. The course will empower you to make the necessary changes in your life to help you cope with stress and anxiety; provided you are willing to put in the effort and complete the weekly assigned home practices. The course incorporates the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course as well as the ancient teachings of “Vinyasa” Breath work.
